BOOKING PROCESS
Once you have received your quote you can download a copy of the booking form or we can email or post you a copy if you prefer. If you require an invoice please contact us with details of who to make the invoice out to. We can also provide risk assessments on request.
To avoid any disappointment we recommend you book as soon as you can. We work on a first come, first served basis to keep things fair for everyone. As soon as we have received your booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking either by email or post and your date will be secured.
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. This can be paid via BACS (please see bottom of booking form for bank details). If you wish to send us a cheque please contact us for a postal address.
The outstanding balance can either be paid via BACS in installments or in full prior to the event or in cash on the night. We have taken bookings 3 years in advance so it’s never too early to book.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read carefully our terms and conditions document, which will apply to every booking taken by the band, these terms and conditions apply to the client (unless agreed otherwise). Our contract agreements are designed to offer protection to both the entertainer and the client.
PUBLIC LIABILTY
Certain venues will require any entertainment or outside vendors to have Public Liability Insurance; it is essential to check with your chosen venue when booking any form of entertainment or vendor. We have known of venues refusing to allow entertainment simply because they don’t have any public liability insurance; leaving you in a very difficult situation of trying to book alternative entertainment at the last minute.

SET LIST
Here you can download a copy of our sample set list, with new songs being added constantly or we can email you a copy. We can also learn a special song for a particular occasion. For more details on our personalised set list please click here
We perform a wide range of music to suit all ages, so there’s sure to be something for everyone. Our repertoire consists of specific songs that are tailored to suit all guests on the day, so we do encourage you to leave the choice and order of songs at our discretion. If there are any particular songs you would prefer us to put in or take out of the set we can do this no problem. We can also add our own material into the set if requested.
POSTERS
Need a poster to promote your event? We recommend advertising public events, well in advance to help make your event a success.
Here you can download a postes with an empty venue name and date for you to complete. We also have some printed copies which we happily send you in the post. For most events we will design a JPEG for social media platforms and send you a copy.
If you require us to add your company logo to a poster in a picture format for social media or for you to print, please let us know and we will design one free of charge.
